Registration2009 Registration dates have been posted.

All Registrations for the 2009 season will be at the Chula Vista High School Cafeteria.  Registration dates for the 2009 Season are as follows:

  • Saturday, April 25th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Thursday, May 7th from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Saturday, May 16th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Saturday, May 30th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Fees are $75.00 , proof of age at time of registration is a MUST!

 

You may Pre-Registration on-line at www.eayso.org

You MUST bring completed pre-registration forms (3 copies) to the registration dates for processing.

Your child’s age group will be determined by their age PRIOR TO AUGUST 1st 2009

  • U6 - age 4 and 5, if the child is at least 4 years old by February 1st, 2009. This division is NON COMPETITIVE.
  • U8 - age 6 and 7, if the birthday is on or before July 31st, 2009. This division is NON COMPETITIVE.
  • U10 - age 8 and 9, if the birthday is on or before July 31st, 2009.  This division is COMPETITIVE.
  • U12 - age 10 and 11, if the birthday is on or before July 31st, 2009.  This division is COMPETITIVE.
  • U14 - age 12 and 13, if the birthday is on or before July 31st, 2009.  This division is COMPETITIVE.
  • U16 - age 14 and 15, if the birthday is on or before July 31st, 2009.  This division is COMPETITIVE.
  • U19 - age 16, 17, and 18, if the birthday is on or before July 31st, 2009. This division is COMPETITIVE.

 

We are always looking for coaches in each division and referees, email or call if interested. We supply training and equipment for coaches and referees. Check our calendar for dates and levels of training.

 

Teams will be formed in July and practices may not begin until August 1st.
